IMPORTANT: This is a unique natural
product and as such, each production batch in vary in shade. Some
light and dark fibre may be evident as no dyestuffs are used. This
is a characteristic and is not a manufacturing
defect.
Shading: All cut pile carpets,
whether they be velours, velvets, twist piles, characteristically
show shading marks caused by the pressure applied to the soft pile
material. In time, particularly in main traffic areas, the shading
will become permanent. Some extreme cases, known as pile reversal,
can also occur. These effects can show a big distortion of the pile.
This is caused by localised conditions and is not a manufacturing
defect. Therefore the manufacturer does not accept pile reversal as
a justifiable complaint. Please beware of the phenomenon when
purchasing your
carpet. |
